I want to help you to access your local community, whether it be local support groups or help with shopping, prescription pick up, going for a walk in nature, coffee and cake, outing in the car or on the bus, help to get to a hospital or nail cutting appointment, helping you to maintain your hobbies and interests, going to the cinema, theatre, etc. I have lived experience of looking after a loved one living with Alzheimer's Dementia and I can provide a break for the carer and stay with your loved one while you go and do what you need to do.
