Hi, My name is Chris and I am a male support worker living in Rhondda Cynon Taf. I have experience of helping older people and people living with dementia and their carers.
I help people connect with their local community by helping them to access local support groups, socialising, walking, helping people go shopping, dog walking, accessing cafes, prescription pick up, doctors appointments, hospital appointments, etc.
If you are a carer, I can offer companionship with your family member while you go and take a break for a few hours from your caring role.
Community Connections with Chris covers a range of skills and conditions.
