A club of around 120 amateur artists from Rye and surrounding area, founded in 1961. Meets monthly spring, autumn and winter at St Mary's Hall, Lion Street, Rye for demonstrations, presentations and critiques. Painting workshops late winter and early spring. Sketching/painting outings in the summer. Annual Exhibition two weeks in August. AGM in November. 'Friends of Tuesday Painters' for non-painting members.
