About Me Care covers a range of skills and conditions.
They have also gained qualifications and completed the following training courses through Tribe.
We give you up to 3 cancellation at no cost each year.
We will always communicate with you but we have staff that can cover most calls.
If your social worker/advocate/next of kin is in agreement we will do our best to facilitate the change
