Health and Social Care Connect (HSCC) is East Sussex County Councils (ESCC) first point of contact for customers and referring agencies which operates 24 hours a day, including bank holidays, to provide advice, guidance and assessments, and health referrals for adults. Safeguarding adults concerns are received through HSCC for adults who are (or) at risk of experiencing harm or abuse. The HSCC service is available through phone, email, online portal, Minicom via type talk and SMS.
