Hello, my name is Clare, and I bring over 17 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting older adults across both inpatient and community settings. In March 2024, I took the exciting step to become a self-employed carer, offering tailored, person-centred care for individuals in the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area.
