We provide person centred support to the elderly and people living with mild to moderate dementia. We work in partnership with our clients and their families to create a care plan that is best suited to their needs. Our Services: · Our companionship service prevents our clients from experiencing the isolation and loneliness that often accompany dementia and gives the family the much needed breaks that help you to look after yourself. · We engage our clients in mentally stimulating games and conversations to exercise memory functions, helping them to remain independent and stay active for as long as possible. · We provide transportation to community venues for social and leisure activities. This allows our clients to pursue their hobbies and interests, and we also support with doctors and hospital appointments and follow up visits. · We also help preparing nutritious light meals and provide medication reminders. We cover Thurrock and surrounding areas in the South of Essex.
