All sorts of athletics for all ages from 9 years upwards including cross country, road running, fun runs, jogging, keep fit and junior and senior track and field athletics. Group sessions are arranged for absolute beginners to go from couch to 5k and beyond. The club meets at the all-weather track next to the Lewes Leisure Centre, Mountfield Road, Lewes. The club nights are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5.00pm - 9.00pm Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm On Tuesdays, the junior academy meets at the track and the adult runners meet for off track runs around the town and the wider area On Sundays Downland runs are arranged from 8.00am The annual subscription includes the affiliation fee to England Athletics. There is a £20.00 joining fee that covers the cost of the provision of a running vest essential when competing for the club.
