About Defiant Sports, Eastbourne

Our mission is 'connecting through sport'. We believe getting and keeping people active is paramount to improving well-being and quality of life. We aim to reach those who have barriers to participation such as disabilities or long-term conditions. Whilst breaking down those barriers and increasing inclusion, we involve the community by asking "What would you like to do?". We also partner with local organisations to create the right activity sessions to engage and support those we are trying to reach. Using local research, knowledge and enthusiasm, combined with low-cost activities and a growing coaching team we are creating a long-term, sustainable community asset. come and be part of it! Our sports and social activities run regularly throughout Eastbourne and currently include:
