Hastings Greenway Trust (HGT – Charity Number 1191171 Registered CIO) was set up in 2020, by Hastings Greenway Group and other organisations, with support from Hastings Voluntary Action. Its function is to ' promote and assist in the development and provision, for the public benefit, of safe Greenway routes, paths and facilities for cycling, walking and healthy recreation in and around Hastings '. HGT is currently working on a modest start up budget, however, we are confident that we will be able to obtain grant funding in the near future and are seeking to recruit a volunteer treasurer with some accounting skills and an interest in our aims.
