We are a local independent Christian charity, passionate about helping people not only get out of crisis or isolation, but “journeying” with them until they thrive. We love to find practical solutions around Food, Finance, Home or People. And we work with lots of partners – Councils, other charities, and especially local churches. We want people to be able to stand up and say “I can do this now!”
