Karmabank Community Kitchen needs you! We run a weekly community kitchen and foodbank which takes place every Thursday. You'll play an important role in helping to prepare and serve meals made from surplus food, helping with the foodbank or clearing up. You'll join a lively and experienced team and serve up to 80 people each week. Join the kitchen and foodbank team on Thursdays to help prepare and serve up to 80 meals and grocery bags - we are open between 10am and 3.30pm, most volunteers choose a morning or afternoon shift. If Thursdays don't work for you we have other volunteering opportunities including social media support, fundraising and surplus food collections - all these can be flexible to work around your schedule.
