Wellbeing centre Since 1985, Seaview has been providing an open-access Wellbeing Centre in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea. The Wellbeing Centre is a vibrant place that is all about helping people to achieve their full potential. We have a ‘can do’ approach, building on people’s strengths and helping them tap into their potential. This is always both exciting and challenging! Recovery Services Hastings has experienced unusually high rates of drug related deaths compared to the rest of England. As a result, Hastings is one of five pilot areas for Project ADDER & Project RADAR – a service aimed at reducing the numbers of drug related deaths, the prevalence of drug use and drug related offending.
