We are Crossroads Care Surrey, a registered charity that has been providing respite services to unpaid carers across Surrey for the last 40 years. We put carers at the heart of everything we do and provide a range of services designed to support those caring for people of all ages, with various health conditions and disabilities. Last year, we provided support to the unpaid carers in over 1,500 families in Surrey – via 34,000 sessions of support by our professionally-trained Carer Support Workers. We provide a range of critical services for carers, including; Respite Breaks End of Life Support Emergency Care Planning Surrey Carers Card Face-to-Face Befriending Telephone Befriending Helping Unpaid Carers with their Shopping
