ESRA help people in East Sussex to live free from addiction and follow an abstinence programme. We offer a cafe which is a safe place where clients can support each other. The cafe provides a hot lunch everyday. The recovery hub is run by staff with lived experience and volunteers, most of whom are in recovery themselves. The hub is open Monday, Wednesday , Friday 9.30 - 2.30 ESRA recovery groups offer tools and support to enable clients to manage their recovery. We provide a range of therapeutic activities including: yoga, creative writing, art, reiki, fishing plus much more.
