Richmond Fellowship’s Mid and West Surrey Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.
The service provides advice and guidance for individuals experiencing mental ill health who want to retain their employment or get back into work.
This includes CV writing, job searching, interview practice and techniques, in-work advice and guidance, job retention and employer liaison support.
