The classes will involve seated exercise (with optional standing) to reduce your risk of falls. This class focuses on building strength, maintaining or improving your aerobic fitness, mobility, flexibility, co-ordination and improving circulation. Includes 35mins (approx.) exercise plus a 25min social with refreshments. Carers, companions etc. also welcome.
