Meet Claire Seager Pilates

Claire Seager Pilates offers small group Pilates and Barre classes in Brookwood, Pirbright, Lightwater and West End. You will be taught by Claire, Kirsten, Natalia or Lou. Zoom Pilates, Seated Pilates, Stretch & Mobility, and Pilates for Bone Health classes are all available, as are monthly Restorative Yoga classes. Claire is also available for one to one Pilates tuition or for private one hour Pilates consultations prior to starting out on a group course programme. Private Pilates instruction costs from £50 per hour at my home Pilates studio in West End.
