We offer compassionate care to those individuals that require support to keep living independently. Our small but growing team are all trained to NHS standards, making our service successful for improving mental, physical and well-being for our service users. Our service works with individuals to create a personalised support plan to help them achieve their needs, goals and desires. This service is ideal for individuals requiring support or befriending for less than 4 visits per week, this includes scheduled and flexible visits, social interaction & game stimulations, home help, assistance to appointments, regular blood pressure health checks, physical exercises and respite care.
