Hi, I'm Tracy from LQ Care! For 8 years, I've cared for older adults within the NHS, specialising in dementia care. Before that, I supported independent living for 2 years. I focus on helping individuals enjoy daily activities and promote independence with person-centred care. As a mum and grandmother of two, family is everything to me. I love walking my dog & being with loved ones! I'm excited to support you/your family at home. I offer day/night care, outings (parks, cafes), shopping (assisted or solo), dog walking, light cleaning & personal care when needed. Looking forward to meeting you!
