• Are your cleaners trained and DBS checked?

  All of our staff are fully DBS checked and trained to the highest standard. They hold CPD-accredited certifications in infection control and are experienced in working with clients who may be elderly, unwell, anxious or living with complex needs such as dementia or hoarding disorder. We always work with discretion, kindness and patience.

• Are your services insured?

  Yes, all of our services are fully insured. This means that you can have complete confidence in the professionalism and security of the work we carry out. We take our responsibility seriously and aim to provide complete peace of mind for every client and family we support.

• Can I arrange regular cleaning for a family member or someone I care for?

  Yes, many of our clients are referred by family members, social workers, or carers who want reliable and regular support for someone they love. We offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleaning plans depending on the level of need. We’re also happy to coordinate with next of kin and aim to ensure continuity by assigning the same cleaner wherever possible, building trust over time.

• Do you also help with laundry and ironing?

  Yes, we are happy to help with everyday household tasks such as laundry and ironing. This can be included as part of a regular cleaning visit or arranged separately depending on the client's needs. We can also assist with folding, organising clothing, and other light domestic chores to help maintain a sense of order and wellbeing in the home.

• Do you have experience working with vulnerable clients?

  Yes, we have extensive experience supporting vulnerable individuals, including elderly clients, people with disabilities, those recovering from hospital stays, and individuals dealing with mental health challenges or hoarding. We are proudly part of the Essex Social Care Micro-enterprise network, which means we are trusted to deliver safe, respectful and compassionate cleaning services in domestic environments where extra care and understanding may be required.

• What if I or my loved one feels nervous about having someone in the home?

  We understand that inviting someone into your home can be daunting, especially for those who are vulnerable or have had negative experiences in the past. That’s why we offer a friendly, no-pressure introduction before any service begins. We can start with short visits and gradually build up to more regular cleaning, always working at a pace that feels right for the individual. We are guided by your comfort, and we always respect personal boundaries and routines.

• What is included in your domestic cleaning service?

  Our domestic cleaning service is designed to meet the individual needs of each client. A standard visit typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing bed linen upon request, internal window cleaning, and general tidying. We take pride in tailoring our cleaning approach based on what’s most important to you or your loved one, always ensuring that comfort and cleanliness go hand in hand.
