Woking Area u3a is a members' only organisation for people not in full time work. The group will continue to learn Tai Chi Yang Style Long Form. We will also practise Qui-gong exercises. Comfortable clothes and soft flat shoes are advisable. Also bring water to drink. This group runs on Wednesday mornings (weekly).
