Eastbourne Family Contact Centre is a safe, friendly, neutral place where children of separated families can spend time with a parent and sometimes other family members. We are a child-centred environment that puts the needs of a children first. Staff at the Contact Centre have all been trained. They play an impartial and non-judgmental role, work to a strict confidentiality policy and have been checked by the Disclosure & Barring Service. Staff stay in the family room at all times during the visit. This is for the benefit of both the child and the parents. We try to make the visit a happy time and ask both parents to do their best to make it enjoyable for their child or children. For information about our referral process please contact the Coordinator. Opening Times: 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month between 10.00 am – 1 pm
