Personal care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility toileting and overall personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and respect.

Companionship: Offering emotional support, meaningful conversation and social engagement to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life.

I also support with medication administration, prompting, household tasks, Health monitoring, observing and reporting changes in wellbeing, mobility, appetite, or behaviour to family members or healthcare professionals.

Assisting with daily routines, activities, appointments, and encouraging independence wherever possible.

Ensuring Safety in the home remains risk free and responding calmly to any emergencies.
