My name is Gloria, and I provide compassionate, person-centred care that helps individuals live safely, confidently and independently in their own homes for longer.

With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding to every person I support. My experience includes working as a healthcare assistant in hospital settings, as well as providing care in residential and domiciliary settings.

I am also a registered social worker, with professional experience supporting older adults, people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities and autism, and individuals with physical disabilities. My approach is built around getting to know each person as an individual, their preferences, routines, abilities and goals and providing care that promotes dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing.
