Hi my name is Tracy.
For the past 8 years I’ve been working as a healthcare support assistant within the NHS on an older person’s assessment unit, supporting individuals living with dementia at every different stage.
Prior to this I worked for a supported living company for 2 years.
Both roles were to encourage and support people to take part in daily activities and promote their independence from a person centred perspective.
I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren, I love going for walks with my dog and spending time with family and friends.
I’m looking forward to meeting new people and continuing to support families and individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
