Mondays 11am from in front of the New Inn. Free one hour group walk led by trained community volunteers - helping people to build a regular walking habit for improvements to physical and mental health. A sweet stroll around the park and pretty local lanes, then going to the cafe afterwards. Dogs welcome (must be kept on a short lead). No booking, no commitment, just pop along. * Always looking for new volunteers to make sure there are enough leaders each week, to spread the turns out across the month and provide cover for illness or holiday.
