Hastings and Rother Rainbow Alliance is a volunteer-led charity that has been supporting LGBTQIA+ people for over 20 years. We are looking for people to join our committee, to become a trustee, and to help shape and lead the organisation. You must be enthusiastic with an awareness of and interest in LGBTQIA+ communities - the positives and also the challenges that can sometimes arise. You should be proficient and active with social media, be sociable, and keen to take part in, support and run events.
