The Social Centres at Woodham (New Haw) and Manor Farm (Egham) are keen to support local carers by providing the opportunity for you to drop off your loved one, so you are able to get out and go Christmas shopping. So, we can ensure we provide the best possible support they will need to be: able to mobilise/weight bear independently, even if with a walking aid independent in accessing facilities, even if they need a bit of guidance to get to the toilet able to drink and eat independently (e.g. cups of tea) aged 55 years or over (please discuss individual needs with the centre manager) can communicate with others to express their needs do not need one-to-one care
