Spiral is an organisation that provides sports, recreational and leisure activities for people with learning difficulties and disabilities, aged 14 and over. Spiral arranges evening and weekend activities, trips, outings and holidays.  Activities include swimming, basketball, youth clubs, dance, drama, arts & crafts and the new spiral wave radio.
